At Craft Club, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. If your piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Craft Club account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
